Our company was established in 2004. The owners are Rich and Rob Foutz. Both Rich and Rob have degrees from Florida Colleges and worked in Fortune 500 companies before opening the Assist-2-Sell Franchise in 2004. Rich and Rob are top producing Realtors in Seminole County and have been involved in approximately 800+ transactions since opening the franchise in 2004. They have the experience and expertise to ensure that you have a smooth real estate transation.
Even though the name "Assist-2-Sell" implies Seller Assistance, Premier Realty Team provides full-service. No assistance is required by the Seller.
